Laos Returns 9 Refugees to China

Laotian officials have sent 9 North Korean refugee youths to China, a Seoul official reported on Tuesday. The 9 refugees are now expected to be forcibly repatriated from China to North Korea.

UN Appoints COI Investigation Team Members

The UN has finally announced the second and third members of the investigatory team of the  Commission of Inquiry (COI) into North Korean human rights.
